Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of completion. The customer will be notified & emailed a picture of their completed order just prior to shipping. Bulk Orders will be shipped by the most economical carrier. Bulk orders may be split into more than one package.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Unbridled EDC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Unbridled EDC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Unbridled EDC directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Unbridled EDC has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Customized items will be accepted for return only if there is an issue with the item i.e. doesn’t fit, wrong monogram. If Unbridled EDC is at fault you will be provided with a return shipping label & the item will be revised/replaced as soon as possible. If Unbridled EDC is not at fault we will negotiate an appropriate fee for correcting the problem. In this case return shipping is paid by the client.
Items returned without first contacting me will receive a raised eyebrow & an email requesting the reason for the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
