This custom made cover provides protection & a whimsical or professional touch to any tack trunk that will dress up any barn.
Covers are constructed with your choice of the following:
Ottertex Waterproof Canvas:
• Waterproof. Mold & Mildew Resistant.
• Maximum Durability. Rated For Daily, High Volume Use.
• Can Withstand Any Environment. Minimum Temperature, -10°F or -22°C.
• Fade Resistant. 500 Hours Of UV Protection. - If your cover will be exposed to daily direct sun exposure Aquatop is the best choice.
• Crafted with 100% polyester fibers & features a 0.55mm thickness with PVC backing and a calculated 600 x 600 denier; Strong enough for military and camping applications.
AquaTop:™ Marine Fabric
A premium 8.75 oz. heavy-duty midweight marine fabric engineered with hyper-thread polyester fiber to provide uncompromising strength, shrink and stretch resistance. AquaTop™ is coated with single-barrier Marine Avcoat to increase UV-protection, water-repellency, and cold-weather performance. If your cover will be exposed to daily direct sunlight Aquatop is the best choice.
Embroidered with high sheen, fade resistant Polyester - Trilobal threads. The top is padded, quilted and lined with coordinating fabric. Other than the embroidery all stitching is with Sunguard UV resistant thread to ensure colorfastness & provide anti-wicking which reduces seam leakage. A heavy duty (#10), doubled ended, zip around zipper secures the cover.
Covers can be plain or embellished with embroidery. All designs are customer requests. I don't carry 'stock' designs. Trim and/or piping options are also available.
Covers can be made to fit pretty much any tack trunk or tool box. Prior to ordering an 'order/spec sheet' can be provided to give an idea of available options. Specific measurements will be requested at time of ordering.
Design Options:
Available colors include: Black, Burgundy, Dark Green, Navy, Red, Orange, Yellow, White, Gray, Charcoal, Purple, & Royal Blue. Additional colors can be requested. Trim & piping are available in pretty much any color.

As covers are custom made there will be conversations regarding the cover measurements & design details. If the essential questions aren't answered I will be unable to fulfill your order & the purchase price will be refunded.
As each item is made-to-order there will be an 10-12 week turnaround. Often it takes less time depending on the complexity of the embroidery design(s). A picture of the completed items will be sent before shipping. Any questions or ideas please contact me.
